I’m a Maker of Things
I love the point where an idea becomes tangible. Taking something from an idea on a screen to a book, a package, a sign, a space or an experience can be challenging, but it’s arguably the best part. I love thinking through how something should look, feel and function, and then figuring out how to actually make it real.
HOUSE OF BLUES BRAND BOOK + PACKAGING + MULTI-PAGE PRINTED BOOK
The Challenge: Create a brand book that didn't feel like a corporate set of guidelines. House of Blues is layered, soulful and tactile, so the piece needed to embody the brand as much as explain it.
The Thinking: I approached the book as both a publication and a physical object. Typography, imagery, materials and construction all became part of the experience, carrying the House of Blues personality from the cover through every page.

GLASSWARE + PACKAGING + BRAND TOUCH POINTS
The Challenge: Extend the House of Blues identity into functional objects throughout the venue without simply putting a logo on them.
The Thinking: I wanted even the smallest touch-points to feel considered. Typography, graphics, materials and packaging worked together as a system, turning everyday objects into part of the larger House of Blues experience.

DRINK MENU + CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
The Challenge: Create a drink menu that felt unmistakably House of Blues while being functional, durable and easy to use in a busy venue.
The Thinking: I treated the menu as part of the customer experience, not simply a list of drinks. The tactile exterior, individual drink cards and bold photography turned an everyday interaction into another expression of the brand.
